Customised builds put strain on yards and last-minute customer requests may even push yards beyond their design and production capacity. The opening was a PMMA lid, formed into a multiplane curved surface, ensuring flush continuous curves into the surrounding geometry. Electronic sensors signal to a dashboard in the crew quarters the locked status of the entrance and custom handle hardware lies recessed, hidden from sight.
